Not Enrolled

This course will teach you to correctly identify pain and tension in your own horse’s back so that you can prevent physical and behavioral issues down the road.

Do any of these sound familiar when you tack your horse up or groom them over their back?

  • Ears pinned
  • Teeth grinding
  • Nipping
  • Tail swishing
  • Muscle spasms
  • Moving away from your touch

These can all be indications that your horse is struggling with back pain. In this course we will be covering pain responses, anatomy, palpation techniques and the difference between a healthy and an underdeveloped topline.
