Does My Horse Have Back Pain?
This course will teach you to correctly identify pain and tension in your own horse’s back so that you can prevent physical and behavioral issues down the road.
What to look for:
- Ears pinned
- Teeth grinding
- Nipping
- Tail swishing
- Muscle spasms
- Moving away from your touch
These can all be indications that your horse is struggling with back pain. In this course we will be covering pain responses, anatomy, palpation techniques and the difference between a healthy and an underdeveloped topline.
